The Les Balcons du Viso Residence welcomes you to the charming village of Abriès, nestled at 1,550 m altitude in the Queyras Regional Natural Park. Ideally located just 500 meters from the slopes and ski lifts, it provides easy access to winter activities while being close to essential shops such as a bakery, grocery stores, souvenir shops, sports and rental stores, as well as a tobacconist and newsstand.
With its traditional mountain architecture, the residence blends seamlessly into its natural surroundings. It offers a peaceful and relaxing setting, perfect for a getaway with family or friends.
Situated at the gateway to the UNESCO-listed Haute Vallée du Guil Nature Reserve, it promises a stay surrounded by preserved and enchanting landscapes.

The Apartments

The apartments at the residence combine comfort and warmth, offering everything needed for a successful stay. Available in various configurations (from 2 to 10 people), they all include:

- A welcoming living area with a BZ sofa bed or convertible couch,
- A fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher, etc,
- A bathroom or shower, with WC (separate or not),
Most apartments also feature a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture.

Some accommodations are also designed to be accessible for persons with reduced mobility (PRM).

Abriès

At an altitude of 1,550 meters, Abriès is an authentic village located in the heart of the Queyras Regional Natural Park. Ski area

The Haut Guil/Ristolas ski area offers 30 km of alpine ski slopes across 24 downhill runs. At Abriès, enjoy 18 pistes (green, blue, and red) spanning 70 hectares, with a vertical of 900 m, making it perfect for skiers of all levels.
Additionally, the Haut Guil Nordic Area features 37 km of cross-country ski trails, with 9 varied routes (4 green, 1 blue, and 4 red) between 1,150 m and 1,720 m in altitude. There is also a discovery trail available for Nordic walking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding.

Payment conditions

Ski France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 14 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 15 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 GBP on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 GBP.

- Any extras added more than 15 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
-If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 GBP is not available on these prices).

Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 15 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions

1) If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 30 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

2) If you choose Standard Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the price of the holiday
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price of the holiday
-Between 7 days and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

3) If you choose Non Refundable Conditions
As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time

By Car
Take the A6 towards Lyon, then the A43 towards Grenoble. Continue towards Briançon or Gap, passing through Embrun, Guillestre, Aiguilles, and finally reaching Abriès. From Marseille: Take the A51 motorway to La Saulce, then follow the signs to Tallard, Embrun, Guillestre, Aiguilles, and finally Abriès.
