Location

Located in the stunning French Alps, Les Chalets du Berger Premium offer guests some stunning sites and attractions to explore during a stay in the summer. There are shops, bars and restaurants in the centre of the resort of La Féclaz, as well as some fascinating sites to explore in the local area.

For a taste of the region's stunning architecture, you can hire a car to explore the pretty towns and villages nearby, or enjoy activities including hiking and cycling over the mountainous terrain as you take in the wonderful views from the mountaintops. The apartments

Guests at Les Chalets du Berger Premium can enjoy a taste of true Alpine tradition and luxury. The property is located conveniently close to the pistes, so after a long and exhilarating day, a warm living room is waiting just a short distance away.

The residence is made up of a collection of chalets, all built in a classic wooden style with either balconies or terraces allowing visitors to enjoy the rustic style of the accommodation alongside luxurious modern amenities. Free Wi-Fi access, a heated indoor pool and a sauna are all available and the chalets are all fully fitted with dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, bathrooms and separate shower rooms.
For the summer of 2024, the pool and sauna will only be open during the months of July and August, from 07/01/2024 to 09/01/2024, as well as during the autumn holidays, from 10/18/2024 to 11/03/2024.

Board options

The chalets at Les Chalets du Berger Premium are all self-catered and come with kitchenettes that are perfectly equipped for cooking everyday meals. The residence is very close to the shops of La Féclaz, which stock fresh, local cuisine and tasty ingredients, plus there is a small but excellent selection of restaurants in the centre of the resort.

La Féclaz

La Féclaz is also an excellent choice for summer holidays. The village is much quieter during the summer months, so you will get the chance to experience the authentic atmosphere of the area and see the transformation from winter wonderland to lush, rural greenery.

Activities in summer

Hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding are just a few of the incredible ways to explore the picturesque green landscape of La Féclaz during the summer. Hiking trails are marked in order of difficulty so you can find something suitable whether you are a seasoned walker or looking for a gentle stroll on a family holiday. The adventure park of Savoie Grand Revard is a fun activity that kids of all ages can enjoy, while visitors seeking an adrenaline rush can try out climbing up via ferratas.

Things to see

Sightseeing holidaymakers will not be disappointed by the selection of things to see and do during a stay at Les Chalets du Berger. Although there are not many cultural opportunities in La Féclaz itself, the historic city of Chambery is just 20km away and is well known for its architecture, art galleries and museums. No stay in this resort would be complete without a trip to the city to see iconic sights such as the well-preserved medieval quarter and the imposing castle, Chateau des Ducs de Savoie, which dates back to the middle ages, as well as the beautiful Elephant Fountain.

Please inform the reception or the reservations centre in advance and we will advise you of the late arrival procedure.

Key collection

Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your voucher.

Deposit

On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 400Eu (Visa, Euro Card, French Cheque) for your apartment. Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

Cleaning

End of Stay and Mid-Stay cleaning is included in the Chalets du berger Premium's services.

How are you travelling to the Alps?

Payment conditions

Ski France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 14 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 15 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 GBP on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 100 GBP.

- Any extras added more than 15 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
-If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 GBP is not available on these prices).

Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 15 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions

1) If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 30 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

2) If you choose Standard Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the price of the holiday
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price of the holiday
-Between 7 days and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

3) If you choose Non Refundable Conditions
As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time
