Accommodation

The six spacious flats at L'Orée du Bois have been designed to offer a harmonious blend of modern comfort and mountain charm. Each flat has been carefully decorated in a contemporary style, with wood predominating, and is furnished to a high standard.

All flats include :
- A large, friendly living area,
- A fully-equipped, functional kitchen,
- A cosy dining area for sharing gourmet moments,
- Spacious bedrooms for optimum comfort,
- Individual ski lockers with boot dryers on each floor.
- Two flats also have an electric fireplace, and two others have a private hot tub for an extra touch of well-being.

The resort

Ski area

La Rosière is famous for its Franco-Italian ski area, the Espace San Bernardo, linking France and Italy. Skiing from one country to the other is a unique experience that leaves a lasting impression and promises unforgettable memories.

With 152 km of pistes, the area offers a varied playground for all levels of skier:
- Experienced skiers will appreciate the challenging slopes of Mont Valaisan, culminating at 2,800 metres.

Payment conditions

Ski France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 14 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 15 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 GBP on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 GBP.

- Any extras added more than 15 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
-If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 GBP is not available on these prices).

Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 15 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions

1) If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 30 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

2) If you choose Standard Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the price of the holiday
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price of the holiday
-Between 7 days and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

3) If you choose Non Refundable Conditions
As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time

Access

By car :
Take the motorway to Albertville, then continue on the dual carriageway to Moûtiers. Then take Route Nationale 90 towards Bourg-Saint-Maurice. From there, you have two options:
Take the RN90 towards the Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard (fast access). Please note that this pass is closed in winter. Via the Route des Villages, a more touristy route. In winter, it is advisable to check the snow conditions before setting off.
