Nestled in the heart of the Paradiski ski area, in Peisey Nancroix, it offers direct access to the resorts of Les Arcs, Peisey Vallandry, and La Plagne. Completely refurbished with care, Chalet Les Amis has become a sought-after destination for pleasant and relaxing holidays. With its five exceptional apartments, it offers a spacious and refined living environment, harmoniously blending modernity and authenticity for an unforgettable stay.

The apartments

Discover the comfort of our residence Chalet Les Amis, composed of 5 exceptional apartments, where every detail has been designed to ensure you have an exceptional vacation.

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and juicer. Each also features bedrooms with a dressing room, private bathroom, and high-quality welcome products.

Vanoise : With its 115 m², this elegant apartment for 8 to 10 people offers a spacious 51 m² living room opening onto a large terrace. The exceptional view of the Nancroix valley and the Vanoise massif will charm you.

Nancroix : Discover this superb duplex of 120 m² with a mezzanine, accommodating 10 to 14 people. Enjoy a 43 m² living room opening onto two terraces, with breathtaking views of the valley and the mountains.

Montchavin : This comfortable duplex of 130 m² is perfect for 8 to 10 people. The fully equipped 58 m² living room opens onto a large terrace offering spectacular panoramas of the surrounding nature.

Grand Renard : This superb duplex of 144 m² with a mezzanine is ideal for 10 to 14 people. A spacious and comfortable 50 m² living room awaits you, with stunning views of the Vanoise massif and the surrounding valley.

Aiguille Rouge : Offering a luxurious space of 160 m², this exceptional triplex can accommodate 12 to 14 people. Enjoy a panoramic 53 m² living room opening onto a large terrace with an unbeatable view of the Nancroix valley, the mountains, and the spruce forests. Comfort and modernity guaranteed.

The resort

Les Arcs is an ideal summer destination offering a wide range of activities. For mountain biking enthusiasts, the resort provides:

7 DH trails (downhill mountain biking): Trails equipped and marked for downhill riding, reserved exclusively for mountain bikes.
8 Enduro itineraries: Signposted routes on trails or carriage roads not reserved exclusively for mountain biking, which may include uphill sections (between 5 and 30%).
8 Electric MTB and Cross Country routes: Trails or tracks accessible with mountain bikes or electric mountain bikes covering long distances, which may include uphill sections.
1 Pumptrack: Loop track with bumps, curves, and banked turns.

In addition to mountain biking, the resort is ideal for a wide range of activities, including rafting, kayaking, canoeing, via ferrata, climbing, paragliding, hang-gliding, mountain karting, zip-lining, tennis, horse-riding, and water sports with lakes and pools.

Payment conditions

Madame Vacances offers you 3 payment solutions:
1) Pay in 3 installments, and pay only 10% at reservation (this payment facility is possible for any reservation made more than 70 days before the stay).
- 10 % at reservation, 10 % 2 months before arrival and the balance 1 month before arrival.

2) Pay in 2 instalments (provided you book more than 30 days before your stay).
- 30 % at reservation and the balance 1 month before arrival.

3) Pay in 1 time
-Any additional services added 30 days before the arrival date will be added to the final payment.
-Any additional services added after the last payment will be paid at the time of the addition.

*(only for reservations made more than one month before arrival).

For payments by check or vacation check the deposit must be made by credit card - Visa, Master Card, American Express and the 2nd and / or 3rd payment can be made by check or vacation check.

For reservations made at least one month prior to the arrival date, you must pay 30% deposit by credit card and the rest can be paid by check or vacation check.

For reservations made at least two months before the date of arrival, you must pay 15% deposit by credit card and you can pay the next 2 installments by check or check vacations.

Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount must be paid online, by credit card, at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation fees for bookings decided by the accommodation provider are as follows:

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:

- Between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival date: 45% of total accommodation cost

- Between 20 and 8 days prior to arrival date: 60% of total accommodation cost

- Between 7 and 4 days prior to arrival date: 90% of total accommodation cost

- 3 days or less prior to the arrival date: 100% of total accommodation cost

then RN90 dual carriageway Albertville - Moûtiers, then LANDRY towards Bourg St Maurice.

Chambéry - Peisey Vallandry: 110 km

Note: No road connection between Peisey-Vallandry and Les Arcs in winter via the route "les Espagnols".
