There is a TV in each apartment, and free-wifi at the reception. Beds are made upon arrival, sheets and towels are included. Every apartment has a cleaning pack.

Guests can rent baby cots and highchair at the reception (sheets are not included), and raclette, fondue and pierrade appliances.

Board Options

This is a self-catered property, which provides guests with all the modern kitchen facilities they need to cook daily meals. The nearest shops are 200 metres away, making it easy to buy groceries for cooking. Guests can also arrange for reception to deliver freshly baked bread and pastries to their apartment every morning for breakfast (to be ordered at reception before 7pm for a delivery the next morning), as well as visiting the popular onsite restaurant which serves traditional Alpine and Savoyard cuisine.

Things to see

Lovers of history and keen sightseers can make the most of the Maison de La Pomme museum, which celebrates the Northern Alps' tradition of apple pressing. Visitors to this museum learn about this aspect of the region's culture and are given the opportunity to try apple pressing for themselves in the working, restored mill. Not far from here is the Minerals and Fauna museum which displays the impressive array of natural crystals and precious stones of the French Alps along with the surprising selection of wildlife.

Les Arcs

During the summer, Les Arcs is transformed from a winter wonderland into a sun-soaked mountainous region that is ripe for exploring. Activities

Many thrill-seeking holidaymakers opt in for river activities in Les Arcs, and there are plenty on offer, including white water rafting, kayaking, hydro-speeding and canoeing. All of these activities are great fun and a unique way to see the resort. The very best views of the stunning Alpine landscape can undoubtedly be seen the higher up you go, and for this reason, high-flying activities like helicopter rides, paragliding and via ferrata are unforgettable and adrenaline-inducing ways to enjoy the panoramic views.

Payment conditions

Ski France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments if booked more than 60 days prior to arrival:
- 15% deposit at time of booking, 15% payment 60 days prior to arrival & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

2) Pay in 2 instalments if booked more than 30 days prior to arrival:
- 30% deposit at time of booking & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

3) Pay in 1 payment (always available and obligatory if booked less than 30 days prior to arrival)
- 100% at time of booking

Additional Extras:
- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to final payment
- Any extras added after final payment to be paid at time of addition to booking

Cancellation conditions

- From 41 days to 29 days before arrival : 25% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
- From 28 days to 15 days before arrival : 50% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
- From 14 days to the arrival day : 100% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
No show and ealry departure : 100% of the price of the holiday will be retained.

Special offer conditions (Early Booking) : free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
- From 60 days and up until the day of arrival 100% of the price of the holiday will be retained.

Deposit

Upon arrival, you have to pay a deposit of 500 Eur (Visa, Mastercard, only by card) for your property. It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages or additional cleaning.

Late arrival

Please inform the reception or the reservations centre in advance and we will advise you of the late arrival procedure.

Key collection

Check in is from 5 pm onwards at the reception.

Cleaning

End of Stay Cleaning is not included in the accommodation price and clients are required to clean the property before departure. Please note that cleaning products are not always provided.

An End of Stay Cleaning deposit will be taken upon arrival which will be returned along with your Damage Deposit.

Tourist tax : 2.40 Eur per adult and per night

Animal : dog 75 Eur/ week, cat 40 Eur/week,
