Location

This rustic property, situated in the heart of the French Alps, welcomes guests looking to experience some of the best skiing opportunities that Europe has to offer, in a stunning winter wonderland setting.

Résidence Les Arolles is located in the hugely popular skiing destination of Les Arcs, which is in the beautiful Tarentaise Valley region of western France, covered by the Paradiski ski area. The apartments are perfectly placed for guests to make the most of the resort, with the pistes just 50 metres away. As well as this, the tourist centre, shops and restaurants of the resort are easily accessible and can be found within 10 metres of the property.

The Apartments

There is no better place to come back to after a long day spent enjoying the snowy mountainous scenery and crisp, Alpine air than these warm and cosy, classically designed cottages.

Every apartment in the Residence has been built in the traditional Savoyard style with exposed wood interiors. Despite its rustic appearance, Résidence Les Arolles is tailored to suit modern tourists and has an array of first rate facilities on offer. This includes a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a well-equipped gym. There is also wifi access in the apartments (except for some apartments), cot rental (sheets not included) and a bakery delivery service (to be ordered at reception before 7pm for the next morning). Guests can also make use of the kitchens in the apartments, which come with an electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine.

Board Options

All of the apartments at Résidence Les Arolles are self-catered, with modern kitchens, for guests who like to cook their own meals. It is easy to keep the cupboards fully stocked throughout your stay, as the resort's shops are just a few minutes from the apartments. Alternatively, there is a selection of restaurants to choose from in the Les Arcs resort.

Les Arcs

Les Arcs is stationed at 1800 metres, in Savoie France, in the Tarentaise Valley. Located in Bourg Saint Maurice, Résidence les Arolles is situated in the small hamlet of Les Gerets, close to the borders with Switzerland and Italy. The resort of Les Arcs itself is made up of four modern and purpose built resorts: Arc 1600, Arc 1800, Arc 1950 and Arc 2000 and is a part of Paradiski, which is one of the largest ski domains in the world. Here you will find plenty of activities and facilities, with four villages to choose from, and plenty of bars and restaurants.

Ski area

Les Arcs is a resort that is well suited to both beginners and seasoned skiers due to its varied ski altitudes which range from 1200 to 3226 metres. The area has 108 pistes for visitors to enjoy and there is a handy ski rental and sportswear shop in the area as well as a ski school which caters to both children and grown ups. Les Arcs is part of the larger ski area, Paradiski, which is well known for offering excellent ski experiences and sparkling white scenery. Covering an extensive area of 425 km and with 236 pistes on offer, Paradiski is one of the most impressive ski areas in the French Alps. The area is home to two snow parks, five border crosses and two half pipes, with at least 70% of the region situated above 2000 metres, offering excellent conditions throughout most of the winter season.

Activities

Les Arcs doesn't just offer skiing. Here you will also find an exciting selection of winter activities for the entire family to enjoy. To really get the best possible view of the idyllic, mountainous scenery, guests can arrange helicopter sightseeing tours which provide exhilarating, bird's eye views of the Alps mountains for miles around.

Snow-shoeing offers a great way to explore the area on foot and involves discovering the forests and mountains by hiking and tracking animal prints. This exciting activity can be arranged in groups or with a private tutor. For something more low key, anyone travelling with children will enjoy the snow park and the rodeo park, which can be found at the resort.

Late Arrival

Please inform the reception or the reservations centre in advance and we will advise you of the late arrival procedure.

Key Collection

Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your voucher.

Deposit

Upon arrival, you have to pay a deposit of 500 Eur (by bank card only) for your property. This will be returned to you within 15 days of your departure assuming there are no charges for breakages or additional cleaning.

Cleaning

End of Stay Cleaning is not included in the accommodation price and clients are required to clean the property before departure. Please note that cleaning products are not always provided.

An End of Stay Cleaning deposit will be taken upon arrival which will be returned along with your Damage Deposit.

Tourist Tax : 2.4 Eu per adult and per day.
Deposit : 500 Eur

Payment conditions

Ski France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments if booked more than 60 days prior to arrival:
- 15% deposit at time of booking, 15% payment 60 days prior to arrival & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

2) Pay in 2 instalments if booked more than 30 days prior to arrival:
- 30% deposit at time of booking & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

3) Pay in 1 payment (always available and obligatory if booked less than 30 days prior to arrival)
- 100% at time of booking

Additional Extras:
- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to final payment
- Any extras added after final payment to be paid at time of addition to booking

Cancellation conditions

- From 41 days to 29 days before arrival : 25% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
- From 28 days to 15 days before arrival : 50% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
- From 14 days to the arrival day : 100% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
No show and ealry departure : 100% of the price of the holiday will be retained.

Special offer conditions (Early Booking) : free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
