Résidence L'Alba is at the entrance of Les Deux Alpes resort. This prestigious accommodation offers premium services. With its 15 spacious and modern apartments, L'Alba promises a stay of the highest standard. Our holiday apartments in Les Deux Alpes can accommodate up to 10 people and range from 50 to 115 sqm.

Apartments

In all apartments:
- Lounge with flat screen TV and DVD player.
- A kitchen area opening onto the living room, with a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils and dishwasher.
- Bathrooms with hair dryer.

Extras

On the ground floor you will find the reception, individual ski lockers and boot dryers.

Les 2 Alpes

Boasting 225km of slopes, guaranteed snow and with a glacier at 3600m altitude Les 2 Alpes has truly found its place amongst resort royalty. Located in Isère, Les 2 Alpes was one of the first resorts founded in France in the 1930s and has kept its' picturesque village charm to this day. The resort joins together two villages ‘Venosc' and ‘Mont-de-Lans' creating the name the ‘two Alps.'

A real paradise for winter sports enthusiasts with a glacier accessible both in winter and summer, the internationally renowned resort of Les 2 Alpes offers visitors the unique opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of skiing at all levels.

Activities

While Les 2 Alpes offers one of the best ski and snowboarding experiences in the French Alps, there is much more to discover here. As the day ends, the lively nightlife begins with concerts, shows and events taking place across the resort all season.

Payment Conditions

Ski France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 30 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 31 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 GBP on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 GBP.

- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
- If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 GBP is not available on these prices).

Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Conditions

- If you choose Standard Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival : refund of deposit paid
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 25% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the price of the holiday
-Between 13 days and 8 days before arrival: 75% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

- If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 30 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

- If you choose Non Refundable Conditions

As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time.
