The resort

The residence is made up of 5 traditional chalet style buildings, ideally situated offering ski-in, ski-out facilities.
The resort centre is close by and fully pedestrianised. Staying with the kids? The ski school and creche are in arms reach.

The apartments

The residence offers high standard, spacious apartments, with a capacity maximum of 16 people per apartment. Each apartment has it's own balcony and ski locker. The self catering accommodation offers fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric coffee machine, fridge. Some apartments also have ovens. There is also a TV in each apartment, and free-wifi at the reception. Beds are made upon arrival, sheets and towels are included. Every apartment has a cleaning pack. Wood is offered for the chimney (for the apartments with a chimney).

Facilities

In the main building you'll have access to the residence's private indoor pool, sauna and fitness room. You won't have to go far to try out the local specialties, there is also a restaurant in the residence.*
Guests can rent baby cots and highchair at the reception (sheets are not included), and raclette, fondue and pierrade appliances. There is also a bakery delivery service (to be ordered at reception before 7pm for the next morning).

Oz en Oisans, is directly linked to the Alpe d'Huez ski area, located at an altitude of 1350m in the heart of the Isère region.

Ski France offers 3 options for payment: 1) Pay in 3 installments if booked more than 60 days prior to arrival: - 10% deposit at time of booking, 10% payment 60 days prior to arrival & 80% payment 30 days prior to arrival 2) Pay in 2 installments if booked more than 30 days prior to arrival: - 30% deposit at time of booking & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival 3) Pay in full (always available and obligatory if booked less than 30 days prior to arrival) - 100% at time of booking

Cancellation conditions

- From 41 days to 29 days before arrival : 25% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
- From 28 days to 15 days before arrival : 50% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
- From 14 days to the arrival day : 100% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
No show and ealry departure : 100% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
