The Résidence Les Épinettes**** is located in the beautiful village of Vaujany, close to the shops, the cable car and all the activities of the resort. Close to Alpe d'Huez, the residence offers cosy and modern accommodations.

The Apartments

In the heart of the village of Vaujany, the Résidence Les Épinettes**** offers spacious and modern apartments. You will stay in apartments ranging from studios for 2 people to 3 room apartments for 8 people.

Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, the interiors are equipped with a functional kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher...), a bathroom or shower room with toilet and a balcony or terrace. Television is available free of charge.

Board Options

To relax, you have free access to the wellness area with heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and gym.
You will have free wifi access in the accommodations, television and sheets and towels.
Covered parking is available at the residence.

Vaujany

Located in front of the magnificent Grandes Rousses Massif, at an altitude of 1250m, Vaujany has all the charm and character of an authentic mountain village.

Ski area

Vaujany is located in front of the Grandes Rousses Massif, take altitude and discover the most beautiful summits: the Mont Blanc, the Grand Paradis, the Meije, the Ecrins...

You will quickly reach more than 3300m of altitude by cable car and will enjoy an abundant snow, guaranteed on more than 250km of slopes with breathtaking landscapes: eternal glaciers, spruce undergrowth, expanses of powder snow as far as the eye can see.

Other activities

Vaujany offers a wide range of activities: climbing, via ferrata, hiking, snowshoeing, swimming pool, ice rink, bowling, entertainment and themed events in the resort. Enjoy direct access by cable car to the Alpe d'Huez ski area.

Payment conditions

Ski France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 14 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 15 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 GBP on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 GBP.

- Any extras added more than 15 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
-If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 GBP is not available on these prices).

Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 15 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions

1) If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 30 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

2) If you choose Standard Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the price of the holiday
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price of the holiday
-Between 7 days and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

3) If you choose Non Refundable Conditions
As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time
